I have left Instagram/Facebook. I am no longer a data cow producing free content for tech billionares who surveil us and sell our data. I can't be on a platform that systematically discriminates minorities (by enforcing unequal rules for women/men, white/black and straight/queer people). Social media was made to be destructively addictive and  waste our time. It has reduced people to "products" and our emotions to "emojis". Escape the algorithm prison and seek out real human interaction. You won't miss your "followers" and nobody needs "likes".
